  This role involved the design, testing and commissioning of new technologies and process improvements. It required detailed design skills, creativity, project and change management skills. Innovation and a desire to embrace new technology was required all while balancing budgetary restraints and managing different stakeholders. • Role included project management, stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, automation, process & machine design, implementation & validation.• Lead designer of CMM inspection programs for new CFM LEAP turbine blades. Delivered a robust inspection process that was verifiable and produced repeatable results. This greatly reduced the number of inspection fixtures and operator steps required in the inspection process. • Set up and ran an energy management system as part of a team. Identified significant energy users and the variables that impacted their energy use. Analysed energy performance indicators to determine if implemented energy improvements were effective. Successfully implementing this system led to ISO 50001 certification for the company.
