I am a Medical Doctor graduated from Universidad de San Martin de Porres, Peru in 2013. Spent some years in Research at MGH, and surgical practice in Peru, and then applied to General Surgery residency and matched at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Started as a prelim IMG and was then selected to stay as a categorical resident. Now, I am doing Fellowship on Advanced MIS, Foregut, Bariatric Surgery and Complex Hernia Surgery at Stony Brook University Hospital.
