• Launched LGBTQ vertical on Billboard.com in June 2017. The channel was a first-to-market destination dedicated to covering music by LGBTQ artists. The platform had real-world effects, as several artists scored record deals and other major opportunities as a result of coverage.• Single-handedly curated incredibly viral Love Letters to the LGBTQ Community initiative, which saw talent that included Ariana Grande, Elton John, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Halsey, Barbra Streisand and over 100 others penning notes to the community timed to Pride Month.• Partnered with GLAAD to produce a video response to the ban on transgender soldiers in under 48 hours. It included messages from Dua Lipa, The Chainsmokers, Sia, Rita Ora and Michael Stipe among others.• Produced and directed Spilling the Tea, a drag queen roundtable video series. The series is Billboard’s most-viewed series to date.• Brainstormed and executed fresh content ideas with video and live stream teams.• Collaborated with sales and marketing teams to land brand sponsorships from Mercedes, American Airlines, Uber, W Hotels and Honda.• Launched and personally managed Billboard Pride Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms with unprecedented growth. The Facebook grew so quickly (100K followers in six months) that a representative reached out to ask how I did it.• Revamped Instagram strategy, which caused follower growth to jump 1900% weekly.• Curated and oversaw Billboard magazine’s first-ever Pride issue in June 2018.• Scored Billboard its first-ever GLAAD Media Award nomination and win. Billboard was the only media brand to be nominated in the “best magazine overall” category two years in a row.
