• Promoted from Sales and Service Specialist to Teller Operations Specialist to Assistant Manager taking on greater responsibilities while exceeding in sales and customer experience goals. Awarded Bank of America Spirit Medallion in 2007 for exceeding sales goals at the Market level.• Trained new hires to deliver consistent exceptional Customer Service and meet sales goals by teaching them about listening to our customers, suggesting products that would address their needs and being experts on those products.

• Promoted from Teller to Personal Banker to Service Manager for exceeding aggressive sales goals. • Improved customer satisfaction scores while Service Manager to Silver Award level and consistently held this satisfaction level during my tenure as Service Manager.
