- Conduct research and portfolio management in multiple sectors, as well as prepare annual reports and weekly updates on portfolio holdings- Preform evaluations using a cash flow model on a portfolio with over $500,000 in assets, looking for any potential outliers that could negatively effect the portfolio and handling those outliers accordingly

-Analyze commercial loan requests via credit analysis write-ups, reviewing financial statement spreads, calculating key financial ratios, analyzing the borrower's business and financial integrity-Work with clients to ensure a timely collection of financial statements needed to monitor performance, ensuring lines of credit are renewed in a timely manner, review the accuracy of credit system data-Collaborate with other interns within KeyBank to complete a Capstone project leveraging information learned from the internship to include credit, business analytics and client facing deliverables to pitch to higher level executives

-Create rental contracts and handle payments for customers-Set up delivery and pickup dates for specific equipment-Maintain the equipment's functional ability and condition
