Role Description:Responsibility for leading on New Product Introductions across the 4 Buisness Units. Been the Single Point of Contact within each of the Buisness Units Portfolio of Projects for Execution/Delivery. I work closely with the various Buisness units planning team's in order to coordinate execution of the new Product Introduction.Area of Responsibilities:• I Support & Drive the Introduction of All Product, Raw Material & Packaging changes associated with New Product Introductions that will be Introduced using Site Change management Control Policy & in accordance with our Site’s Safety/Quality Management Systems• Integrate Technical NPI standards into site Standard Work Process & support on identifying training needs, and ensure training plans are put in place to address these needs.• I have Experience in Managing & Leading teams who are not Direct Reports across the 4 different Business Units.• Contribute to products/services or process improvements or uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
