Standing in around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the coast path, it commands extensive views across Bude Bay right the way to Lundy Island on a clear day.The property lies within the North Cornwall designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as the Boscastle to Widemouth SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).We are currently in the process of redeveloping the property to provide a beautiful new energy efficient single storey property. The new bungalow will cater for up to 8 people with 4 x bedrooms (3 en-suite) and a spacious kitchen/diner/living room. Heating will be provided by an air source heat pump with the addition of a woodburner in the living area.We hope to be ready to receive guests in June 2021!
