With degrees in planning, design and construction management, 10 years working in project management (construction) and then property development based in Melbourne, preceded 10 years in London where project management disciplines were transferred across to the sports industry. 2010 saw a return to Australia taking up a position running a projects and programs with the Operations team at the Australian Football League. Since co-founding #FightMND alongside Neale Daniher and Dr Ian Davis, in 2014 the pursuit of an effective treatment and cure for Motor Neurone Disease remains a focus outside of professional life. As Campaign Director of the 'Big Freeze' through the early years, that Campaign has gone into become one of Australia’s most iconic charitable giving campaigns annually.
