Based in Dublin, I am the IT Director for Colgate's Africa Eur-Asia Division. The Division is vast; 23 time zones across four continents, and the business is dynamic and fast growing. My primary role is to be first point of contact for the Division Leadership team and the Hub General Managers. The role is wide ranging, incorporating all software applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Development, Marketing - most of which are SAP), infrastructure, resource management and strategic planning. Business engagement is key and I work very closely with Division leadership and Hub management teams to ensure Colgate's IT team is the best business partner it can be, and that the team is doing all it can to support this vital and fast growing business. I am also the Global Lead for Decommissioning, responsible for overseeing the decommissioning of non-standard legacy IT applications across all Divisions and in doing so ensuring we are aligning IT and business plans, maximizing IT investment benefit, and enabling Colgate's business standardization and simplification strategy globally.

Responsible for all Finance applications in the Europe, Africa, Mid-East, EurAsia region - this includes Financial and Management Accounting, Treasury, Commercial Finance, and Financial Business Services. SAP technologies that the Finance group works with include FI, CO, PA, BW, B&P, CBP-CG, Treasury (CFM), Banking (ECC 6.0) solutions.Key roles for my team include developing and rolling out global SAP solutions, fostering and driving change initiatives, and managing the relationship with our key business customers
