• Review and verify all expenses for all IT (inclusive of hardware/software from O&S). Verify all invoiceshave the proper back-up/approvals.
• Responsible for updating/reviewing all accruals (new Purchase Order requests) in Expenditure system.
• Maintain Software Inventory for AExeo IT (licenses, etc.)
• Produce Monthly IT CAP Pivot table Reports for AExeo IT, HFS and WaP divisions
• Coordinate, review with Project Managers and update monthly AExeo IT Financial Forecasts for FinanceDepartment. Updated Forecasting in Budget vs. Actual Report.

• Provide direction and leadership to all phases of construction projects. Adhere to defined project procedures and contribute to constant process improvement effort. Expert at manpower allocation, cost oversight.
• Work in conjunction with accountant to ensure the accuracy of the company’s financials. Participate in resolution of errors, bad debt collection, and processing of credits.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for the owners on a monthly basis. Reports consist of detailed customer report, jobs, as well as size of product for incoming and outgoing steel.
• Manage all current payables. Ensure bank accounts are sufficiently funded to cover payables.
• Manage payroll and audit time cards for correct hours and job codes.
• Process all of the billing and invoicing for the company.
