Reported to the Director of Enterprise Accounts and oversaw a monthly advertising budget of $1M+ while leading 5 direct reports through multi-channel digital campaigns across a portfolio of dealerships for paid search, social, and programmatic marketing initiatives.▪ Partner with Client Experience (CE) Leaders, Operations, and Salesforce Developers to formalize SOPs, enhance engagement, and improve retention rates for customers within 180 days of service.▪ Engage as a key liaison across PureCars’ internal teams and clients to manage all phases of the interactive campaign cycle including research/analysis, planning, and SEO optimization.▪ Spearhead the development and implementation of a product roadmap enabling the Sr. Customer Experience team to add value throughout the sales cycle, structure customer expectations, and increase client satisfaction.▪ Collaborate with ad performance channels (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic/Display, Video, Local SEO) to maintain client budget objectives and execution of successful campaigns.▪ Serve as an SME to educate customers on the functionality of the PureCars platform, upgrades, and new feature releases to advance technology adoption.▪ Analyze regional markets and regulated ad spend overlap by synchronizing branding strategies for used cars across 50 locations for a large client, elevated campaign, and surged revenue; increased client advertising budget from $350K to $700k.▪ Facilitate training for CE Digital Strategists utilizing Google Analytics and proprietary dashboard tools in partnership with Training & Development and CE leadership.▪ Manage the digital advertising strategy for Wards Top 25 Enterprise Groups, which led to receiving the 2019 Customer Experience Pillar Award in recognition of being the top-performing member of the CE team.
