With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and strategic HR leader at Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling. As a Human Resources Business Partner, I support the different areas in the US as well as in Canada, working with managers and employees to drive performance, engagement, and retention. I have a master's degree in human resources development from St. John Fisher College, which has helped me bring a unique perspective to the organizations I work with.
