My unique background in algorithm development, experimental design/execution, and data interpretation provides me with the tools needed to address a wide variety of problem sets. I am a highly motivated worker who is interested in applying and refining my knowledge base by working on and finding solutions for intellectually stimulating problems. I have a diverse background in algorithm development in Matlab and algorithm maturation in C++ and CUDA. I have applied this background to a wide-range of data types including the automated analysis of image data (hyperspectral and synthetic aperture radar), remote sensing data, microscopy data, and spectroscopic data (fluorescence, IR, NIR, Raman, NQR, UV/Vis, circular dichroism) for a variety of applications including target classification/identification, feature detection, and characterization of chemical/biological processes (chemical reactions, protein structure, protein mobility).
