He currently serves as the Managing Director for Millennium Boston, where he oversees the sales of The Millennium Residences at Winthrop Center. With a proven track record of success, Patrick previously served as the Director of Sales for EchelonSeaport from 2018 to 2022, achieving sales in excess of $650 million.Patrick's leadership and marketing skills have been instrumental in the success of several of Boston's most prominent residential developments. He was responsible for leading the sales effort for Millennium Partners on two major developments: Millennium Place (256 residences) and Millennium Tower (442 Residences). Under his guidance, Millennium Tower became the highest-selling residential development in the city, with sales exceeding $1.1 billion, including the Grand Penthouse sold for $35 million.A confident and skilled real estate marketer, Patrick has a unique ability to manage and successfully sell large-scale residential projects. Prior to joining Millennium Partners, he worked as a Senior Vice President with Otis & Ahearn, where he successfully sold out developments such as Parris Landing (Charlestown Navy Yard), 285 Columbus (South End), and the Residences at Battery Wharf (North End).
