Oversee a team of six staff to plan and coordinate weekly programming, large scale events & trips, collaborate on new ideas & experiments, member engagement, leadership & training of hundreds of volunteers, mentorship of interns, community outreach, and directing our board of deacons.

Organized and led the launch of a new church through adaptive leadership, coordinating teams of volunteers, creating and managing the brand identity, raising awareness through community engagement, enlisting financial support, and planning weekly gatherings and teaching.

Served as chaplain in training to learn about the role of hospital chaplain and the workings of a hospital system with five hospitals throughout the greater San Antonio area. Worked in areas of crisis ministry in the ICU, ER, CCU, and on-call for off hours emergencies.

● Coordinated and setup the use of all Audio/Visual equipment for all classes on campus.● Coordinated and ran the recording and audio for every lecture, chapel service, and guestlecturers.

● Assisted Administrative Assistant to the Computer Science Department Head inresearch, mass mailings, and various other duties.● Assisted professors as they prepared materials for their courses.

● Observed every major department of the hospital and assisted CEO/Administrator inadministrative tasks.
