Projects worked on include:• Port Miami, Port Everglades, & Port of Palm Beach – Deep-water bulkheads (sheet pile, HZ, and pipe-Z walls), anchor walls, wales, tie rods, soil anchors, mechanical dredging, CIP concrete capping beams and crane beams, crane rails, earthworks, asphalt paving, storm drainage, oil/water separators, deep wells, potable water, fenders and bollards, and lighting.• Dr. Bird Power Barge, Old Harbour, Jamaica – Mooring dolphins, inlet/outlet cooling water lines, dredging of mooring basin.• Salt Factory Las Coloradas, Yucatan, Mexico – One-half mile long offshore conveyor system for loading out salt on barges.• Marinas – Thunderboat Row Marinas (North), Aventura, FL | Miamarina at Bayside, Miami, FL | Las Olas Marina, Fort Lauderdale, FL.• New Terminal, Palm Beach International Airport – Erection of AASHTO girders for departure-level bridges and structural and architectural precast for 2 parking garages.• Brickell Avenue Bascule Bridge – Erection of 4 structural steel bascule leaves, installation of bascule machinery, cofferdam installation/removal.• 17th Street Causeway Bascule Bridge (Temporary) – Construction of temporary bascule bridge and approaches, drilled shafts, pipe piles, mass concrete.• 17th Street Causeway Bascule Bridge (Permanent) – Landside and waterside installation of 100 - 48” dia. drilled shafts for permanent bridge, Statnamic load tests (35MN), O-Cell load tests and lateral load test of drilled shafts.• FDOT I-95 Corridor Widening – Design, construction, and operation of plant for production of precast concrete barrier wall segments. Produced 40 miles of 12 foot-long segments in 195 casting days, for deployment in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.• American Airlines Baggage Handling Facility, Miami International Airport – 110,000 sf pre-engineered metal building supported on 108 - 48" drilled shafts, static tension test of drilled shaft, perimeter trench drains, MEP packages.
