Appear at numerous court proceedings, including hearings, trials,debtor’s exams, bankruptcy proceedings, etc.• Prepare legal pleadings including all pleadings necessary for litigationof judge and jury tried cases• Organize, manage, and oversee numerous complicated files• Learn aspects of various statutes including Fair Debt CollectionPractices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting/BillingAct and the Federal Arbitration Act• Work with opposing counsel on discovery issues, dispositive motions,and mutually agreeable settlements• Oversee post-judgment collection matters, including garnishment,execution on property, and property liens• Manage office and staff in absence of managing attorney
