Through the autonomous culture offered at Lilly, I was able to attack the steep learning curve at the company. The two projects I had the opportunity to work on allowed me to significantly improve my Microsoft Excel skill set and also gave me the ability to strengthen my presentation skills to non-finance employees through cross-functional work.
