I am a customer oriented, experienced facilities professional. Current responsibilities include the facility management and maintenance of all corporate owned and leased facilities and special project management. There are 30 facilities, spread over 16 cities and 7 states. Previous responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing the O & M costs of utility operating sites, Hydro Dams, large power generation plants and approximately numerous electrical substations, transmission sites and radio towers throughout all of Wisconsin, with oversight in Iowa. Specific duties included, but were not limited to hiring vendors to self perform janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, security, safety, project management and repair services. Extensive travel was also necessary to perform my job effectively.
