I worked with UAC Restaurant, a division of UACN PLC as a production Supervisor and later as a logistics Assistant. I also worked with VEEE OIL NIG. LTD, an engine oil company based in Kano as Shift Supervising Engineer. The company produces engine oil for four and two stroke engines using recycled/used black oil as raw materials for producing the base oil. My major responsibilities were to supervise production, maintenance of machines (electrical and mechanical), manage usage of raw materials, ensuring safety, quality and offering management and technical advice to the production team. I joined Nestle Nigeria PLC as a Van Sales Man where I excelled as a salesman covering different territories in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states before I was promoted to the position of Field Sales Supervisor which I currently work as. As a Field Sales Supervisor in Nestle Nigeria PLC, I have helped in recruiting new high performing Distributors and Drop Points Distributors in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa offering them strategic business ideas on how to and sustain their businesses. I am also practically responsible for recruiting and aligning customers in most territories in Jigawa State. I possess good negotiation skills, team leadership, coaching and training skills which I have used to build a super sales team in my territory. I am highly innovative, result- oriented and committed to excellence. I have a good knowledge of the North West, North East and parts of the North Central Regions where i have lived in or worked in different capacities. During my work as a VSM, I have had the privilege ofmeeting more than 90% of major FMCG key Distributors and Wholesallers in the Northern market making it easy for me to sell any product or business idea to them. I am also experienced in monitoring sell-in and sell-out, account reconciliation, monitoring competition and market intelligence and recommending relevant promotions in order to have control of the market share. I possess good presentation skills with knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power point.I will be a good addition to any organization that requires a smart, innovative and result oriented person to add to its team and I am looking forward to that opportunity.
