Oversees and directly manages the following:- Interior unit renovations of occupied properties of 80-300 residential units- Renovation and conversion of property amenities such as fitness centers, offices, laundry facilities, outdoor amenities, etc.- Exterior renovation- Landscape, asphalt, ADA compliance, and roofing- In-house construction staff- Contractors in all aspects of renovationAdditionally:-Creates scopes of work, acquires bids, and vets contractors -Plays key role in due diligence during acquisition -Prepares properties for disposition-Advises property staff on resolving maintenance issues

• Direct personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.• Perform quantity takeoffs on materials needed on site and ensure that proper materials, equipment, and tools are delivered at specific times to adhere to work schedules.• Oversee multiple projects at a time.• Train volunteers on various construction tasks including, but not limited to, framing, door/window installation, door locks and hardware installation, painting, finish carpentry, and safety.• Inspect work in progress by both volunteers, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure that workmanship conforms to construction specifications and adheres to construction schedules.• Perform walk throughs with occupants and insure that punch-lists are completed by closing date.• Conduct construction activities within federal, state, and local codes and environmental regulations.• Perform assessments for critical home repairs and prioritize repair needs within the scope of the Habitat Home Repair Program.• Schedule bid opportunities for subcontractors and schedule work.• Show positive attitude towards volunteers, subcontractors, staff, and Habitat homeowners.

Versed in running classrooms of all kinds ranging from Emotionally Disturbed, to Charter Schools, to Advanced Placement high school classes. Provided technical and fitness training to 160 competitive swimmers from the ages of 4 to 18. Managed a staff of two full time and ten part-time assistant coaches.
