Provide leadership and assistance to my team while continuing to develop new business as well as manage existing accounts. I also work with all lead Project Managers to coordinate the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets and schedules as well as with our consulting team on all Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. Some examples of my responsibilities include the following: Provide customer service to the highest standard while ensuring my team does so as well, implement and maintain company SOP’s, keep up to date on all state and local laws pertaining to our business and associated permits, plan and conduct weekly sales meeting, report and work directly with the President to create corporate and customer specific marketing and sales strategies to drive new business.

Worked side by side with the President to establish an office from the ground up in a completely new geographical area. The new office offered a different line of services than any other division in the company. The office started with 3 full time employees and in just a year and a half had over 60 employees working out of the locations servicing over 10 new large accounts. Some examples of my responsibilities included the following: Real Estate acquisition, working with HR to interview and hire management for new office, implement safety program, sales/business development, negotiated contracts with new clients, worked to establish healthcare plan for that specific geographical area, designed logo and all marketing material, implemented procedures for billing.
