Continuously drive and communicate insights to variance analysis on key supply chain operations KPI such as (Materials efficiency, Absorption, PPV, Inventory Variances) with management.

- Monthly Rolling Forecast and Cash Up of Factory cost COGP and COGS.- Factory cost planning(Labour, Depreciation, Utilities, R&M, & Indirects) and building to product cost through activity based costing.- Drive internal controls in Factory Operations.- Weekly performance view with partners(MUV, Full Month, MTD Outlook, forecast to month end and expected in following month).- Tracking of Cost savings initiatives.- Variance analysis and commentary on drivers in volume, cost and mix.

- Drive NWC efficiency by identifying potential gaps in inventory, having detailed conversations with planners and seeking potential opportunities. - Preparation of Factory Operating Statement, interpreting cost efficiency per unit/case to understand cost trends and drivers.- Absorption Costing and allocation of Recovery.- Product Costing and setup.- Inventory Provisions on SLOBs, damages, expired and commence conversations on potential opportunities in slow moving stock.- Factory Capex management worth £2.5m upto capitalization - Productivity Supply.- Assist Global & Regional Team in group supply reporting.

- Computation of Material Usage Variance.- Inventory Management(Raw, Pack, WIP, FG and GIT ) and Stock count reconciliation.- Production Volume Analysis.- COGS allocation to Brands and SKU.- Inventory Week of Cover.

- Reconciliation and review of trade loans and cash collaterized letters of credit.- Review, reconciliation and payment plan for Intercompany transaction and outstanding.- Third party Vendor reconciliation, invoice processing and payment plan.- General ledger and Sub-ledger reconciliation and accruals review and management.- Preparation of Other receivables and short-term deposit report with respect to derivative instruments (Forwards, spots, swaps).- Review and filing of Withholding tax and VAT schedules.- Bank reconciliation.- Recognition of realized and unrealised FX gains and losses on invoice match and payments.- Adhoc reporting and reconciliations
