Company was a technology-based payment processing organization focused on leasing Point of Sales systems, SAAS based systems for managing inventories, payroll, time keeping, accounting, etc. Hired as Vice President of Inside Sales, promoted to Channel Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Company provided merchants with secure processing of their credit and debit based transactions; all clients were B2B and B2C based business with leads generated from cold calling and company generated marketing. - Supervised Outside Sales in Eastern Division in business development efforts; Eastern Division consisted of 4 regional level supervisors; division became #1 producing group in organization. Responsibilities included, Outside Sales and Processing for offices located in San Deigo, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Orlando FL and Dallas TX consisting of 200+ personnel.- Supervised all Inside Sales Call Centers throughout US consisting of 4 director level supervisors located in Los Angeles CA, San Diego CA, Dallas TX and Orlando FL. consisting of 220+ seats. Set up ACD, call mapping and all aspects of call center operations for organization.- Supervised all Marketing functions for organization to include company website, branding, promotional materials, all lead generation for sales teams; managed SEO, SEM and ORM functions for organization. Responsible for analyzing market trends, working with and developing marketing-based analytics, reviewed lead sources and improving overall market penetration.- Supervised all sales, marketing aspects of CRM system (Salesforce). Responsible for creating reporting for sales, introduced and managed pipeline reporting to sales teams for entire organization. Worked with IT group to develop dashboards and necessary reporting for executive team as well as field level managers and supervisors.
