Patrick is a dedicated environmental and sustainability consultant, and trainer with over 25 year’s experience providing advisory services to a range of organisations. He drives change in organisations, balancing the control of their environmental impacts and circular economic principles with the demands of the markets in which they operate, providing long-term resilience to their balance sheets. With a clear focus on an organisation’s desire to sustain strong performance and protect the planet, Patrick believes that organisations should look after and develop the people that work for them, generating positive revenues that facilitate this balance – creating true sustainability. Patrick is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) holds a BSc (hons) in Geology and Geography, and an MSc in Geochemistry from the University of Leeds. He is a Full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (MIEMA), and a full member of the Charted Institute of Waste Management (CIWM). He is also an Alumni of the Cranfield University School of Management.Patrick’s experience spans a range of organisations and legislative jurisdictions. To inform and promote his key philosophy for sustainable business management he is a trained lead auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO27001 management systems (Environmental, Quality, Occupational health and safety, and Information Security respectively). Using these standards and the structures they provide to ‘scaffold’ sustainable management within an organisation. A qualified trainer Patrick has designed and delivered a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes in environment, sustainability, quality and safety.
