After College, five years at Continental Bank in the consumer lending area. During those five years, I was trained in every aspect of indirect lending. From discounting the contract, to approving loans. At that time, Continental was one of the highest volume auto lenders in the indirect lending market. Since November 1983, I have been with the Joe Rizza Auto group. During a brief time as a sales consultant I was promoted to Finance Manager. After a short time, I was again promoted to Finance Director. During this time I was responsible for every deal sold by the dealership. One thousand cars a month was the volume of sales at that time. During my time in finance, I not only billed customers, but also was responsible for securing financing. My next job with the company was as the General Sales Manager. All sales aspects were directed as part of my responsibility. Sales, from the point of greeting, to the delivery of the vehicle was monitored. Follow up, trade appraisals, financing was all directed by my management team. My current position of General Manager touches every aspect of the dealership. My thirty plus years experience have given me knowledge of every possible scenario that could possible happen.
