I’m a communication expert focused on instructional design, video content creation and continuous learning in the high-tech industry. I’m truly passionate about learning new tools and services. I love to delve into the latest software releases and get hands-on experience to have a good understanding of new features or functionality. I’ve always thought “If I don’t know how this really works, how can I explain it to someone else?” I think my favorite part of a project is working developers and software architect and see how something goes from idea to reality. Of course after that it’s my turn to show others how to use it.
