At his moment it services well over 700 prominent customers, including De Telegraaf, eBay, Marktplaats.nl, Wegener, AKO etc. Besides the growth in customers several joint ventures have been established.It concerns financial transactions for customers of Triple Deal whom sell services and goods through the Internet. To create a strict division between the capital of the customers and the capital of Triple Deal the company uses foundations with trusted third party accounts. We have extended experience in the areas of financial transactions and systems dealing with sensitive information. The main technology used is JAVA based.The goals are to profesionalise the company and seek joint ventures with knowledge centers like the University. This in order to keep up with state of the art technology knowledge and to secure the (knowledge) quality of the company.The daily management is performed by a commercial manager who reports back on a periodic basis

Bright Alley was part of a Dutch Broadcasting Company, approximately 300 people. During the year 2001 Conclusion has taken a majority share in Bright Alley. During that period the organization was changed to fit better in the changing market. This has resulted in two companies. A) Bright Alley knowledge and Learning, that is specialized in knowledge transfer with the use of (internet) based communication technologies.B) Bright Alley Interactive Communication specializing in the use of interactive technologies for communication with customers (websites, email marketing, etc).In 2002 the directors of Conclusion requested me to further structure Bright Alley Interactive Communication. This has resulted in a small and flexible team with a new commercial director. Mid 2005 under the supervision of the commercial director, Bright Alley Interactive Communication has developed into a well remunerating company with about 20 employees.

AMIS is a spin-off of the University Twente and created software for the aircraft industie. During the start-up period of the company it soon became clear that the Dutch market was too small and that we where not able to gain sufficient capital to position the software worldwide. The focus was then changed to services based on Oracle products. AMIS has become a serious player on the Oracle market. During 2001 AMIS employed well over 100 employees, had an office in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands and Köln, Germany. The core competences that belonged to my responsibilities during the growth of the company where: financial administration, HRM, acquisition, consultancy and de further development of the company.AMIS had a 3 headed director structure. The last 3,5 years I fulfilled the function of commercial director.In that function I was responsible for the turnover, the salesteam and the marketing and public relation activities.
