Responsibilities:• Full P&L responsibilities of the BU with a 800 mio € turnover.• Reporting lines from the country managers in the UK, Romania and Spain, the BU Controller, BU Supply Chain Manager, General Plant Managers, BU HR manager, the BU Sales and Marketing Manager, the BU QA Manager and the R&D Officer.• Responsible for development and execution of the BU strategy.

Responsibilities:• Full responsibility for 7 production bottling and packaging plants (Belgium, France, Spain (2), Germany, Romania and Russia). Total production volume around 500 mio L/year with high complexity. Main activities are oil blending, blowing of pet bottles, filling, capping, labelling, packing, palletizing and warehousing (conventional or automated).• BU QA management • R&D (small team doing mainly application work)• Procurement of packaging materials and assets.• Supply chain• P&l responsibility for variable and fixed manufacturing costs• Member of the management team and reporting to the BU leader for a business unit with a turn over of around 800 mio €

Held several positions in operations in a top baby-food and dairy company (brand names: Nutricia, Milupa and Cow&Gate), the last 6 years as plant manager of the Belgian facility. Vast experience in project- and operational management. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of dairy technology on the process- and filling side up to aseptic technology.
