Selected cases include:Lead attorney in a wire-tap investigation of the El Rukns, a Chicago-based gang engaged in a conspiracy to perform terrorist acts in the United States on behalf of the Libyan government.Prosecution of a number of members of the Black Hebrew organization engaged in multi-million dollar bank fraud and international wire fraud scheme involving banks in Chicago, Amsterdam, Zurich and Frankfort.As a member of the Organized Crime Drug Task Force, successfully prosecuted twenty-one members of a herion and cocaine distribtion ring operating in Chicago's Hulboltd Park area.Conducted the trial and appeal in the public corruption prosecution of several Cook County Sheriff investigators charged with RICO conspiracy in connection with a stolen car ring.

Responsible for evaluating potential violations of the federal criminal civil rights statutes, conducting grand jury investigations and trials throughout the United States in cases involving police brutality, prisoner abuse, housing and public accommodation violations and claims of involuntary servitude. Selected cases include:Grand jury investigation and trial of five detectives of the Puerto Rico Department of Law Enforcement for conspiracy to violate the civil rights of two criminal suspects.Grand jury investigation and trial of a jail captain, jail sergeant and four inmates charged in a civil rights conspiracy resulting in the death of an inmate in the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas.The successful prosecution of a Muskogee, Oklahoma jail guard for prisoner abuse of a female inmate suffering from mental illness.
