This matched expense to revenue and eliminated duplicate and unnecessary costs. This was done by using technology, and resulted in a six month ROI and an annual savings of $900,000.● Disaster and recovery engagements that led to the recovery of one of the world’s largest financial trading companies being up and running just days after the collapse of 9/11.● Infrastructure engagement that presented a solution with a million dollar investment in today’s downturned economy. This unprecedented investment led to a 9 month ROI, an annual savings of over 2.2 million, and put the company 10 years ahead of the competition in the construction field. ● Merger and buy-in consulting that enhanced the practice’s continuity as well as developing new revenue sources. I took two large practices within the business and merged them into one, which is one of the largest practices now in their specialty area while being able to supply material / aggregates to competitors. ● Project management, utilizing AGILE Methodology with Function Point Counting in finance that led to the advancement of Global Finance Manager for Team Edison at Ford Motors. This team created and produced the Mach E and the Lightning Pickup. Utilizing Technology in every aspect of the creation and implementation for production.
