My story of progression:With the continuous persistence and perseverance, I achieved an Associate’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Management. Managing to successfully balance both a full-time education and a full-time job throughout my educational journey was a quite a challenge, but here I am today, still thriving to be a continuous learner while capturing growth opportunities. Continuing this journey of growth and development has proven a high sense of urgency and resilience within myself - my ability to reach goals and aspirations, despite any challenges that impeded my path. Resiliency, emotional intelligence, and retaining a positive attitude accelerated my work performance efficiently and effectively. In addition, I am passionately driven to collaborate with various organizational cultures, diverse work environments, and cross-functional teams. These experiences has immensely helped me develop high-valued technical and soft skills. To top it off, the amount of networking and meeting many amazing aspiring individuals along the way is what makes this journey everlasting. This story is to give external professionals a clear example of who I was, who I am now, and whom I can become all through my story of progression. I believe this continuous journey has immensely contributed to the genuine and hardworking person that I am today. These values has built such a strong foundation towards all the skills & competencies I possess today. My expertise is heavily focused in quality systems, collaboration projects, and solution-centric roles within the biosciences and medical device space.
