I learned various customer service and cash handling skills. I trained new employees to get them accustom to Marcus Theatres. I trained new assistant managers in order to advance our management team. I also was the Hiring Manager, and I was also the Human Resources Manager.I would interview potential candidates, and hire based of fit. With being the HR manager, I was also placed with the responsibility of disciplining employees. I also was the Marketing Manager, and my duties were to bring in new customers. Finding ways to make our already satisfied customers happy. I would use our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter social media pages in order to arrange parties for guests for Kid’s shows.
