Patrick is a Shareholder in the Casualty Department at Marshall Dennehey where he focuses his practice on representing clients in complex litigation in both federal and state courts. Patrick brings to the firm extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of high-exposure cases involving allegations of negligence and wrongful death. Patrick also serves as the Co-Chair of the Ride Share Liability practice group. As a member and Co-Chair of this practice group, he represents some of the nation’s leading ridesharing companies, their independent drivers and insurance carriers. He assists in managing the unique legal issues that often arise with these claims, including insurance coverage, direct and vicarious liability and statutory compliance challenges.
