Selected to develop and implement the inventory control system for Rite Aid’s new 850,000 sq-ft, state-of-the-art facility. This distribution center serviced 1,500 stores and operated at an inventory level of $175 million (~45K SKU’s). Additionally, I was the operations lead for the WMS development project.
