I also have done advanced troubleshooting by finding isolated log entries for more unique or difficult issues.I am also responsible for all Technical Support scheduling, including meetings, install appointments, on-call rotation, and time off. I was hired for a 9-month temporary position. I assisted with the implementation and support of a new medical record database and software, known as Excellian, for Grand Itasca. I was hired freshly graduated from college and I enjoyed my time spent working in a professional hospital environment.
