Started a mentoring management program being used by Talent Management andOrganizational Development. Selected as a key representative to attend the Branding and Imaging Program in Central Office and serve as a member of the “Timelink” committee to create efficiencies with scheduling, swipe cards, along with the development of computerized scheduling.- Serve on the Hiring Improvement Committee, recommended by Regional Manager. Support the recruitment of employees and assist in employee motivation to increase satisfaction and maintain low employee turnover. Created a process for District Management to share reports to aid in process improvement and operational efficiencies. Active member of the PA Liquor Control Board Lean Network to maximize customer value and eliminate waste.- Work with various Unions (ISSU, AFSME, and UFCW) on investigations and employee grievances. Workwith SEAP to get help for employees in need to maximize their potential. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
