I have more than 20 years of experience working in the hospitality business, both in fine-dining and high-volume establishments. In my work as a consultant, I offered hotels and restaurants advice and guidance in areas such as menu selections, dining room design, and professional development for wait staff. I have owned and operated two of my own restaurants and have served as a Food and Beverage Manager for resorts, office buildings, and fine-dining restaurants in Washington, D.C. and abroad. In these positions, I was responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and increasing the sales revenue of the floor staff. I am a wine connoisseur, particularly French vintages. I speak English, French and Spanish fluently, and feel very comfortable working with a diverse staff.
