Qualified Painter & Decorator) My current job consists of providing a high quality product and service in the area of painting and decorating.I have been working to date on large property developments, commercial buildings as well as domestic dwellings. My role includes liaising with customers on a frequent basis, from initial project start to completion. In this aspect of my job, I must ensure that the customer needs are met and that the exact details of the project are clearly scoped and agreed to. I am also responsible for advising customers on paint colours, textures, finishes etc.In the larger projects I have been responsible for managing and coordinating teams of up to eight people, while also coordinating with other subcontractors.
