I have gained valuable knowledge working in the social service field for half a decade, prior to entering into government service. I applied my educational background in Social Work and Communications with real life experience to every facet of my career progressions. Over the past decade and a half, I have developed specialized experiences with American Correctional Association and Prison Rape Elimination Act compliance as a federal agency liaison in the largest correctional administration in the world. I continue to accept challenging assignments throughout the country with the goal of making a positive impact among staff at every duty station. To do this, I strive to increase communication, responsiveness and follow through as my initial goals walking into any leadership assignment.
