Job Purpose:To monitor and control the operation of Gas-Cleaning plant by means of process, control, electrical, information and mechanical technology and giving direction to assigned resources. To maintain the highest standard of knowledge and to be honest in all my actions by achieving and set goals for myself and the team.Job Output:Ensure safe work environment and safe operation of plant and equipment & control. Adhere to all Safety regulations and work standards for a safe working environment.Creating and maintain a High Safety & Low Risk Standards in executing daily tasks, to take actions where necessary. Act as Group Leader according my appointment and to lead the team to achieve/ set/ create a positive group work environments.Exchange information on process conditions at hand over (Shift Change).Prepare a process plant for commissioning and decommissioning.Commission and decommission a process plant.Shutdown work and Standby, Planning, Supervising, process Fault finding and problem solving Delegating and coordinating between work departments (Shift Coordinator, Mechanical, Instruments, Electrical and other Departments).Competencies/Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Operation of a Distillation, Was Tower, Water Scrubber, Isotropic Colum, Extractor, Cooling system and Expiation tower with TDC 2000, TDC 3000 Gus Process Computer.Have knowledge from the following equipment, Centrifugal, Multi stage, positive displacement pumps and compressors. Chemical experience from the following chemicals: Methanol, CO, CO², Methane, Propylene, Rectisol Naphtha, Gas-water, Sulfate’s, Cyanides, Mercury and other plant utility’s (Steam, Cooling water, Utility air / water and Nitrogen)Have knowledge on personal computer in Windows / MS Office /2003, Especially in Excel, Internet, and PI PC Link. Have interpersonal skills, Like to work in a team, Able to work under pressure, my customers is important.
