Experienced Design and Maintenance/Reliability Engineer with a demonstrated, diverse skill set. I've spent the last year designing products, creating manufacturing plans, and specifying/performing precision rebuilds in a CNC job shop. The previous two years, I was in a heavy industrial environment, maintaining, repairing and upgrading the vast variety of equipment and systems found in a 50 year old Aluminum Smelter. I spent the previous three and a half years drafting and design-engineering kinetic features, managing projects and production, optimizing shop layout and processes, and developing a comprehensive OSHA & L&I compliant safety program for a large, commercial Architectural metalwork company. Well versed in finding unique and efficient solutions for demanding situations. Experienced in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, metal fabrication, CNC and manual machining, product development, and engineering. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Washington University.
