I have been involved in teaching various wellness and mind management techniques for over thirty years. Managing and continuing to develop this unique retreat centre where we cater for individuals on private retreats is very rewarding. Private events allow techniques and therapies to be delivered far more effectively in a shorter time period.Guests stay usually for two nights which effectively allows them three days in our tranquil sanctuary. Each retreat is tailored to suit the individuals needs. Rest, Relaxation, Rebooth emotionally mentally spiritually or and physically are what we specialise in. I have a long history of supporting and caring for people down through the years.
