I was the Chief Estimator for Bristol Industries Golden, CO office. I estimated ground up vertical construction, tenant finish remodels, fuels projects, environmental projects, site utility, and civil construction projects. Nearly all were located on federal properties and most were on military bases.

I was hired as an Estimator. As needs changed I managed three renovation projects at STRATCOM, Offutt AFB as a PM / QAQC Manager for AFCEE & AFCESA. I then worked on an emergency levee repair project on the Missouri River for USACE as QAQC / Procurement manager. I then worked as the QAQC / Site Manager for OBO "State Dept" in Taiwan.

I was hired to start a commercial construction division within an existing residential / multifamily construction company. We built anything from multifamily structures to, restaurants, libraries, dormitories, homeless shelters, schools, assisted living facilities, office space, government or private.

I performed Marketing, Estimating and Project Management. Most of my work consisted of multifamily, churches, assisted living facilities, law offices, etc.

I was hired to run the construction of all new Chili's Restaurants and the maintenance of the existing 50 or so restaurants. I managed their construction in Utah, New Mexico, Washington, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Idaho, and Colorado.

I was hired to create a commercial construction company out of a drywall / interior remodeling company. We built all types of commercial ground up and remodel projects. We worked on schools, office buildings, restaurants, multifamily construction, assited living facilities, etc.

I was hired as an estimator but became both estimator and project manager. The developers built housing developements and invested in mid-rise condos with commercial space on the ground levels.

I was hired to estimate commercial construction projects including ground up, remodels, fire restoration, restaurants, retail, industrial, T/I, and large commercial projects. Every now and then I would go into the field and help run projects as a working site supervisor.

I worked for the family framing carpentry business building residential and commercial buildings. I was a carpenter foreman before I could drive a car.
