Served as the Program Manager in the FBI Application Development Unit II (ADU II). Oversaw the development of the Guardian and eGuardian applications, which are threat intake systems designed for usage by approximately 50,000 users across the FBI and partner law enforcement agencies. Collected user requirements to develop analysis and design roadmaps. Managed 35 team members assigned to system development teams while leveraging a budget of approximately $7.5 million. Guided system development utilizing the Agile Development Methodology.

Acting Unit Chief of the Enterprise Security Operations Center. Led over seventy team members and managed a budget of approximately $25 million. Maintained enterprise security for the entire FBI, an organization of over 35,000 people. Led enterprise security efforts during incident response. Conducted routine briefings to executive management regarding incidents and other cyber security matters. Instituted measures to enhance collaboration and communication between multiple teams across three different sites. Oversight of multiple operations conducted in response to insider threat matters.

Managed ten employees across two teams, which were the Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) team and the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team. As head of MTD, managed all security reviews of mobile technologies proposed for adoption at the FBI. Participated as a board member on the Mobile Application Review Committee. Managed system that recorded all mobile data for discovery purposes.As head of CTI, managed all intelligence research, review and production relating to the security of FBI systems. Established a process for documenting operational activities. Instituted intelligence report production. Cleared massive backlog for external website access requests. Developed and presented proposal for Endpoint Detection and Response upgrade, for which funding was approved. Served as liaison with Cyber Division and FBI field investigators during incident response.

Program managed cases attributed to a state sponsored threat across 56 FBI field offices. Coordinated investigative activities with partner USIC agencies and foreign intelligence agencies. Drafted and reviewed applications for surveillance requests. Oversaw a multi-field office undercover operation targeting a state sponsored cyber threat. Developed a comprehensive operation involving criminal indictments and other coinciding actions to imposed maximum costs on a state sponsored threat.

Managed sophisticated undercover operations targeting cyber criminals. Traveled frequently, domestically, and internationally, and helped in solving various crimes, including Cyber Crime and Fraud cases. Gathered evidence and prepared legal process to further investigations. Assisted with the apprehension of criminal suspects. Interviewed witnesses and suspects.
