In addition to my previous role, my job required me to be a Champion for our clients throughout their Customer Journey - whether they were simply inquiring about SAS, or they were a long time customer looking to upgrade their software, I was there to assist and guide them to get the answer and resolution they were looking for. Being on the front line required me to be able to assist and answer a wide spectrum of questions, and to be able to use our internal resources and knowledge base to advocate for SAS and all of the services we offer. In addition to a positive Customer Experience, many of my responsibilities included first-level technical support, pre-sales, training, certification, software requests and inquiries, marketing, cross-departmental interaction, mentoring, social media monitoring, along with internal projects and training.

Many of my responsibilities included advising the client regarding a curriculum for training, placement of students in class, assisting instructions with course preparation and follow up, logistics of planning and follow up for instruction, advisement of books and publishing materials, and general logistics of preparing and maintaining a course. Additionally, I was involved with several of the conferences including set up, planning, registration, marketing, and preparation as a whole for the events.
