As a dual-certified PMHNP (Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) and AGNP (Adult-Gerontological Nurse Practitioner), I bring a comprehensive approach to patient care, with extensive experience in Mental Health, Internal Medicine, and Substance Use Disorder treatment. In my psychiatric practice, I provide treatment for a range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I have a particular interest in using lifestyle interventions alongside targeted medication therapy to enhance long-term health outcomes.In addition to my mental health work, my background in adult-gerontology and internal medicine allows me to manage complex chronic conditions, including hormone balancing, weight management, and the long-term effects of chronic pain. I also have extensive experience with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and helping patients manage conditions associated with both aging and chronic medical conditions.I’m passionate about patient-centered care and believe in tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether they are managing psychiatric conditions or chronic physical health challenges.
