• Ennovate is a small consulting company and consequently I have been given a lot of responsibilities. Specifically: I have been responsible for the production of the specification for the 2nd version of Ennovates cloud based coaching product; GROW.earth. This involved carrying out requirements gathering meetings at an insurance company client and an outsourcer client and specification write-up. • I have been the primary contact for liaising with the GROW.earth remote development team based in Romania and have the responsibility to produce user documentation and user training• I have been responsible for the specification of a reporting solution for an insurance company, the anonymization of live data to provide the required test data to a remote development team and carrying out of acceptance testing for the various releases. I am responsible for the demonstration of the system to the client and handover to the IT dept.• I have acted as sales support in a number of meetings specifically with regard to the application of gamification techniques to the consumer interface for mass market services & utilities.I have needed to manage my own travel and accommodation as well as maintaining an accurate log of work done and timesheet for client billing purposes

For my industrial placement year, I worked at the Belfast City Council for 12 months. My main responsibility was third line technical support. When a council employee contacted our IT help desk with an issue that could not be resolved either over the phone or through remote assistance then I was required to go on site and sort the issue manually.
