I am responsible for all the hardware and software concerns. Troubleshoot problems with computer system, including hardware, software, assembles computer, monitor, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printer, scanner and related hardware. Monitor the branch internet usage (Cisco Meraki). Setting up VPN to all the branch. Point person in all system concerns, hardware concerns and transactions. Setting up and Configure the CCTV (Hik-Vision) cameras physically. setting up network structured cabling (design and implementation). It involves troubleshoot and supporting for users ensuring that all computers are in good condition (It also includes all branches). Making detailed report for all assets & liabilities as well as inventory.

Philippines

I am responsible for all hardware, software and network installation of all our branches (It includes all upgrades and set up). Nationwide system update and troubleshooting. Assist the IT Manager on maintenance of network connectivity, VIOP, CCTV and hardware related concerns. Install PCs and IT equipment’s such as UPS, Hub, Routers and other hardware related. Updates monthly hardware inventory detailing purchases and parts replacement for hardware breakdown. Monitor daily footage of CCTV cameras and sends weekly reports.

Assist sales in checking network coverage in their respective area via table top survey (nationwide). Creates industry campaign for assigned target industry/sales team. Assist sales with the overall account planning as it relates to technical aspects of opportunity development. equipment and programs. Provisioning of proposed services/coordinates with the internal teams for support needed.
