Worked through the New Jersey Clean Energy Program. Homeowners pay into this program through their utility bills. Our company is able to provide those home owners with a no-cost energy assessment to see if they can qualify for any kinds of rebates from the state to help them improve their home. It was my job to work a 9am-8pm schedule of door-knocked appointments to go to these homes and introduce them to the program. My daily goal was to inform people on what the program is and prepare them for the assessment that they are entitled to. It was a great way to educate and help people find out if it is the right time to take advantage of these state funds.

Entry Level door-to-door sales program for Verizon Fios. I was promoted to an Account Manager position in my first six weeks which gave me the opportunity to build my own sales team. By November, my partner and I built a big enough team to be sent out to run our own location. We relocated to Long Island, New York, where our responsibilities included recruiting, interviews, morning meetings, sales training, hiring/firing and continuing our own personal sales as well. I learned a great deal in my time spent at Signature and experienced much growth both personally and professionally.
